Very well made, if you don’t order custom sizing you may need to shim a little on the sides. I added these to all the lower cabinets in my new home and love themDrawer worked fine. True measurements.But it was just dropped in a card board box. No padding. One strip of tape on end of box.The box arrived with a huge hole in the side - the drawer was exposed. The end of the box was open - cheap tape broke!You build a good product. Spend a buck and package it better!Worked just like advertised. Good quality, shipped faster than expected. Thank you!I ordered 2 of the same dimensions and it worked great.My opening was slightly different than the standard sizes so I added a board and mounted it to the side rather than to the frame like their instructions show.The back bracket is adjustable so it fits a variety of depths.I ordered the slow close add on and they work great.Good quality. Thank you!!We put this pullout in our bar area and it works great for the heavy vases and trays we rarely use. Excellent quality.Corner guards should be used to ship, mine was damaged but I fixed it.These drawers were very high quality and finished. For this custom installation, small wooden blocks had to be made and attached to the very front of the roller mechanism in order to secure them to the shelving. The rollout drawers work smoothly and appear as though to have been part of the original installation with the cabinet. For the purpose of this installation. they were perfect.The trays are well made and were easy to install. The kind of door frame we have made the sizing a bit different but the company was very accommodating and helped us get it just right. Highly recommend the product and the seller!Put in to make room for appliances that were up on the space above the cabinets. Now can be hidden, as cabinets were made taller
