I love these storage containers but I’ve had them sitting out in a room trying to air out for about a month now because when I received them they had this horrible factory smell (honestly almost smells like poop) and it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve tried febreeze sprays and putting dryer sheets in them before use, but no such luck… still stinky.Please provide recommendations about getting the smell out of the containers. TIAThese are sturdy, easy to assemble and look great, however they smell like poo. I though it might just be my sensitive mom nose but the whole family agreed, they smell like poo, and even after a few days of airing out in the room, they still smell like poo and now the room does too. Disassembled and returning.Love everything about these bins, but they absolutely REEK! Aired them out for 5 days & the smell never dissipated, not even a little! My whole apartment smells disgusting! Returning asap! Buyer beware!!I have been using this not just to store clothes but also other miscellaneous items like headphones and envelopes in my closet. They look sylish, assemble quickly and feel fairly robust to carry a decent bit of weight without awkwardly sagging. Overall, good addition to my closet.I'm on a mission to hide some of the clutter. There are an abundance of baskets and things but it's much harder to find nice looking boxes with lids.These are bigger than I expected. Ya..ya the dimensions are there but you know how it goes. *smiles* These are made of fabric so they can't hold very heavy things but they are sturdier than I thought they'd be.I'm very happy with these and they look great on the shelves. Bye bye clutter!Love these storage bins! They are very sturdy for one, love that the lid just lifts up but stays attached amd love the the lid edge velcroes down. The handles on the bins make it super easy to pull bin out to access it. Honestly one of the best constructed and sturdy bins that I have gotten. Color is great. They sit nicely up on the top shelf of my closet. Very impressed with this product, did not seem cheap or flimsy at all.These are great storage for storing things you would prefer not to be seen. I love that they have lids. They are strong enough to be stacked even when they are filled. Good quality for the price. If taken care of, they should last for a very long time.
